You are responsible for what you sell, for your messages to customers and for having the right to process your customers' data. You keep your account credentials safe and follow the rules of Meta, WhatsApp and Telegram.
Customers pay your store directly, through your bank account or the payment providers you connect; we never hold your customers' money. Your plan is billed monthly after the free trial; unpaid plans stop new orders but keep your data.
We work to keep OrderFlow available but can't promise it never fails. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
