Who we are

OrderFlow operates OrderFlow, a service that online stores use to answer customer messages from Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram, take orders, send payment details and arrange delivery. Contact: the contact details of the store you bought from.

What we process

Store accounts: the name, e-mail address and phone number of the people who run a store. Shoppers: the name, username and profile picture of people who message a store, their messages, and the phone number, delivery address, order details and payment screenshots they give the store, including on a store's checkout link.

We process shoppers' data on behalf of the store they talk to: the store decides what happens with it, and we act on its instructions.

Data from Meta platforms

Messages and comments from Instagram and Facebook reach OrderFlow through Meta's APIs, with the permissions the store granted. We use them only to show the store its conversations, reply on its behalf and turn them into orders. We don't sell this data, use it for advertising or share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service.

Who receives data

Meta, WhatsApp and Telegram, to deliver messages; the payment providers and couriers a store chooses, to process its orders; our hosting provider. If enabled, Google Gemini or OpenAI read messages and payment screenshots to fill in order details automatically.

How long we keep it

As long as the store's account is active. When a store closes its account, its data is deleted within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion: write to the contact details of the store you bought from. See data deletion.
